Property Management Services being offered to landlords with quality single-family residential, commercial, and multi-family accounts. We have a multi-lingual staff that can accommodate your management requirements and maximize your property's rate of return. We have commercial leasing specialist on staff and commercial property managers ready to tackle your most difficult management dilemmas. We can also provide on-site leasing agents to selected commercial properties to help offset vacancies and maximize occupancy. We have a subjective approach to management duties; we work with your tenants and satisfy their concerns and/or necessities. We will insure that your occupancy levels remain high. Leasing fees are negotiable and are always to the benefit of the landlord.
We are also taking on a few quality residential accounts, i.e. single-family residential, condominiums, townhomes, four-plex, duplexes, and small apartment buildings.
Please..., landlords with distressed properties or landlords in some sort of delinquencies with your financial institution, don’t call us, we don’t want your problems; we are offering our expert services to quality landlords looking for long-term commitments and building a trusting business relationship, we have been in business since 1994, we were the former National Realty and Investment, INC., one of the largest independent real estate companies in southern Nevada. We are a much smaller company now offering greater attention to the needs of our clients; we are looking to expand our residential and commercial accounts with only a few quality portfolios to insure that we focus our attention to the owner’s needs and not limited to time constraints by having too many accounts on hand. The landlord will always be able to communicate with the property manager, not be placed on-hold or promised that the manager will get back to them. We will insure that you are satisfied with the outcome of any management problems that your property may encounter.
We offer short-term management contracts (month-to-month) and the landlord (in most cases) can terminate the management relationship with a mere 30 day notice.
