Business Licenses - Agents...
Do I need to obtain a city or county business license?
The main office of Manago Management, LLC and WindSun LLC, along with our partner brokerages are under the jurisdictional authority of Clark County Nevada, thus agents with our organization would have to obtain a CLARK COUNTY Business License.
The brokers of Manago Management and WindSun cannot enforce such requirements due to staffing limitations, however Clark County has notified all real estate brokers that they must advise their affiliated licensees that each agent must have a Clark County Business License.
Manago Management and WindSun Realty is in CLARK COUNTY, not City of Las Vegas, nor City of North Las Vegas, OR even Henderson, we are in CLARK COUNTY, thus agents would have to obtain a Clark County Business license.
