Notification of Maintenance request and contact information
Dear Valued Residents,
Maintenance request or other inquiries must be submitted through our website under “maintenance request” OR via email.
The property owners have requested that we submit proof of actual request made by the tenants, therefore phone maintenance submission to our office alone will no longer suffice.
You may contact us via phone and tell us of a required maintenance or a needed repair and we will expedite with the repairs by sending maintenance personnel to your leased property and we will act accordingly; however we need to have some sort of written format acknowledging the request first. The maintenance request is forwarded to the property owner and a demand for payment is hereby made.
Maintenance request submission(s) sent via email or through our website proves to be the most efficient and most expedient manner for requesting any service(s).
