Transaction Submission - Listing Sold
If you represent the Seller (you are the listing agent), assemble a file in accordance with the "Listing File Checklist"
Files are no longer submitted via online, our compliance clerk became inundated with too many files being submitted by too many agents simultaneously, thus we got backed-up and almost exploded, therefore....
Listing agents must assemble a file in accordance with the listing file checklist, assemble the required documents as mandated in the listing file checklist, turn-in the file to the office prior to the close of escrow.
